Time Commitment

Most participants complete the survey in 6-8 minutes. You'll be randomly assigned either a short form (31 questions) or long form (38 questions). All responses are saved as you go.

This tool uses validated instruments: Copenhagen Burnout Inventory (Kristensen et al., 2005), Oldenburg Burnout Inventory (Halbesleben & Demerouti, 2005), and Allen & Meyer Three-Component Model (2002).

This is a research tool, not a clinical diagnostic. Results are for informational purposes only.
